After updating to 2.0 I no longer can get photo ai as a plugin in photoshop.
It’s possible some files weren’t downloaded properly. Let’s reset your plugin by closing Photoshop fully and then rerunning the Photo AI installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/
