Can't get past menu/login of Topaz Video

No matter what I’ve tried I can’t bypass this login screen when starting Topaz Video. I am on Windows 11. I’m using Brave Browser, but I tried disabling all the adblockers and Brave Shield, I disabled my VPN, I turned my antivirus (Webroot) off. I downloaded a new Firefox install and made it my default browser but that didn’t work. I flushed my DNS cache. I can log-in from website and I can see the Topaz window blink on my taskbar like it worked, but it doesn’t change anything. I’ve added Inbound/Outgoing rules to Windows Firewall to allow all connections from Topaz Video.

Also, I tried both 1.5 and 1.4 for this.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having same issue but with Mac running on an M2Pro.

The log you shared is showing that the app can not connect to our sites for verification of the account.

Are you clicking the continue with email, or the Sign in with Google option?

Does your password have any non-ASCII characters in it? These are not supported in the app login due to how it runs at this time. The devs are working on getting them supported in the future.

I attempted the built in continue with email option, I tried Sign in with Google, and I also tried the Login at Topaz Labs in the Account tab, but nothing worked.

My password does not have any special characters in it, but I also don’t ever reach the password entry in the app, it fails just entering my Email address.

Understood, can you send me the updated logs at help@topazlabs.com and I can check with the devs further on the situation? If we need to, we can look at some other options to get you into the app.

Is astra down right now, I’m not able to login at all. Messed up my workflow.

Topaz video app nor Astra.app will not let me login. Tried multiple accounts, still nothing.

Same here, trying to log in to astra.app. I cleared cache+cookies, updated chrome. Tried on my Mac and on my PC, and two different accounts. None will let me log in to Astra. I’ve had about two dozen failed renders the past two days, and only two successes.

The web team is looking into issues right now regarding login and processing errors. If you want to open a ticket they can respond back once they get an update. You can send an email to help@topazlabs.com and we can get it directed to them.

After downloading 1.6.0 this is fixed for me. I tried first with the Login at Topaz option under ACCOUNT, and that progressed me but I was still stuck as it claimed I didn’t have a subscription. I logged out, and put my Email and password in manually and that worked and I can use the app now.

Yes, tonight I’ve been trying and usually takes me to a page where my info is successfully verified, but it’s a broken link page.

I hope this issue is resolved soon.
