Can't get a 30 second video to export

It takes about an hour and gets to the end and the seconds tick off the end and then it says error. Why? I have a hard with it all the time. I have tried at least 6 or 7 times so far and the same thing every time. Tried to export to an external HD and tried to to put it on my Mac hard drive also. No luck. Very disappointed in this software.

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

  1. Delete Video AI plist files
  1. Restart Mac
  2. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.
