[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Load 1920x1080 video file
- Upscale to 3840x2160 using Artemis MQ
- Export to H265, Main Profile, Constant 30Mb bit rate, Audio model Copy, Container MP4
I also tried to export to AV1 and got an error. I have attached the corresponding error file
logsForSupport-AV1 Encode.zip (1.1 MB)
And I’m getting errors with h264 encode.
logsForSupport-h264 encode.zip (1.1 MB)
Topaz Photo AI [v4.0.9] on [Windows 11 23H2]
logsForSupport.zip (1.1 MB)
DxDiag.txt (121.3 KB)
Can Photo AI export to ANY video codec ?
Sorry I originally had the wrong tag on this. I have updated the tag to indicate that this is a Video AI issue.
Make sure your 7900 XTX is selected in the software.
I think it’s trying to use the CPU onboard graphics.
Check the file path as several of the exports are showing that they can not be written out to that file path.
H:\Topaz Output/magma_amq13.mp4: No such file or directory
Yes the directory did not exist. I had renamed it. A error message to check for this condition before an upscale job starts would be great.
