so far only exporting single jpg png frames or vp9 best quality works. Just tried exporting h265high and it won’t export. Not sure if I need to have codecs in the system for this to work.

Hi there! I am only seeing one export error in your logs;
Error initializing output stream: Error while opening encoder for output stream- maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
Can you please make sure that when you are choosing an encoder that it supports the output resolution? For example, if you are exporting beyond 4K you will need to choose ProRes or an image sequence.
Still no luck exporting h264 or h265 with this computer. I have captured screens showing that I am just stabilizing and exporting the same resolution file. I can use VP9, prores, and jpg and png export but h265 and h264 do not work. Are there system codecs that need to be installed for this? I am running Windows 10 Pro.

Just reposted this question. No matter what bitrate I choose, I am not able to export H264 or H265 video. Source is 1920x1080 60 fps, output is 1920x1080 60fps

It looks like all of these logs are from v3.3.5, can you please share the v4.0 logs? The error message in the logs seems off with the settings you have used.
Does the file you are working with have many scene changes?
