Can't export from Video AI app and changes color After effects plug-in

Had to screen record the after effects ram preview to have something to work with.

Honestly I dont’ understand the issue since on AE it works, inspite of crashing a ton. And on the app the process the effects but freezes when I click export.

Please fix this

In order to troubleshoot this, I will need your logs and your full system profile.

How To Obtain Your System Profile (Windows)

To gather logs from the app, select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Are you trying to export to a network drive location? Currently the app is not able to do this and the team is looking into what is causing this issue.

Try exporting the file to the main drive instead of the network location and see if it will work then.

The app seems to work great on the macbook. A little slow (it’s old, previous than the M1). But works great.

Would be great to eventually have this working on the PC.

But I can’t believe how good this is. Incredible how this works! Well done

Yes. But on the Mac it works through the network with no issue.

But I’ll try locally on the PC. I’ll keep you updated
