Can't even find where to submit a 'ticket' for an issue. Created a new topic but no responses from Topaz >.<

I find reporting a performance problem with Topaz Photo AI that requires a response to be a little convoluted on this site. When editing selections with the brush, it is moving inconsistently and very slowly making adjusting selections pretty much useless. Every other program I use (Photoshop, Lightroom, Luminar NEO, DXO etc.) runs fine even with some of the more resource demanding features on PC. How do I just send “here’s the problem, how do we fix it?” I feel it should be a very simple A to B kinda thing as far as reporting software issues/problems.

I am a new user also, and was surprised and displeased to see that the masking brush action is so jerky in Photo AI.

I also have Luminar Neo and this never happens there. I’ll contact support as well.

If they respond can you let me know what they say? Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone :slight_smile:
