You are correct Topaz has moved from Perpetual Licenses to Subscriptions only so, unfortunately you can no longer purchase Topaz Video AI
Unless, you have previously owned the Software then it is possible to Upgrade to the final Perpetual License version Topaz Video AI v7.1.5
