Can't bring up effects when I downloaded update?

Just reinstalled Topaz Studio and the only effects button that works is All Effects. None of the buttons for the individual categories in that column do anything.

Go to Help-> Reset Database and wait for it to finish, then exit and restart to see if that helps.
