Thanks for reaching out. We unfortunately are not reading the CRW files correctly at the moment. It looks like this is a fairly old camera as well may be difficult to fix.

A workaround would be to use the Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI workflow in Lightroom Classic to make a TIF file which is always compatible.
