Cannot use since latest updates - says processing error when even trying to preview

Software no longer works.
Will not even process preview of video. Just gives ERROR

this happens to me when my cpu is not running stable. it helped to either lower the clock frequency or to lower the temperature limit.

Open a support ticket and send the logs to the team for review. My thought is that the 930MX is having issues handling the upscale amount. You can try changing your Preferences>Processing and lower the max memory usage to 50% and see if that helps.
