Cannot save Nikon D-90 after or without crop

The photos are mine .
I took them with Nikon D90 .
Not edited -they are original.
I use laptop with win 11.
Topaz 2.1.3 works just fine.
can you help?

Please post a screenshot of Photo AI before you try to save the image. I.e with the image loaded and the processing options.

And don not post in more than one place!

Looks like it doesn’t have access to the file location or have write access to the file. Just wait until Monday if that isn’t so as support should be back from the weekend.

If you are trying to save to a NAS device, disk on the network, save to your hard disk/SSD first.
