Cannot save DNG

[When processing more than one DNG file the first file always get the error message as shown in the screenshot attached. Subsequent DNG files are processed and saved correctly. I then click on Close Window and the unsaved file is still shown. I press Save again and the file is processed and saved correctly. My work around just wastes time, My DNG files are generated by DxO software which I use to eliminate noise in my Fujifilm RAW files.]

The log file says that your license has expired, maybe this behaviour is a side effect :thinking:

I have activated my account. I have been using Topaz for years so I have no idea why I needed to activate again. They collect money automatically.

I gone through the usual process with three different images after activation and the result is exactly the same as in my screenshot sent earlier.

There is something else going on.

Yes I still have exactly the same problem. When I batch process the first image to be processed gives an error message. I then allow the batch to be processed and when finished I press close window. Your software the processes the error file without any further input from me. It makes no difference whether I load the files from DxO or ACDSee.
