I cannot open any files from my Nikon Z8, both tiff and raw import from lightroom (See attached photo).

Topaz Photo AI [v1.3.12] on [Mac]
It’s not a bug. The Z8 HEIF and HIF file formats are not supported by Topaz at this time.

The latest update for Topaz Photo AI, v1.4.0 has support for the Z8 and Z9 HE* file types.
Please update your Topaz Photo AI and then you will be able to use the files.
You can update by opening Topaz Photo AI and clicking the Update Available button on the top right or downloading a new installer from the downloads page:
