I noticed that you only have about 2GB of VRAM, while our Minimum Requirement for NVIDIA chips is 6GB of VRAM; this is more than likely the reason you are experiencing these problems while using the latest version. I have included a link to our Topaz Labs Documentation page for your review:
Topaz Photo AI | System Requirements
We do have Topaz Photo AI v3.0.4 and v2.4.2, which may give you a more stable application for this machine. You can use the following links to download these installers for your review:
Topaz Photo AI | v3.0.4 | Windows Installer
Topaz Photo AI | v2.4.2 | Windows Installer
Let me know if the error continues after reverting back to a previous version.
Hi John,
thanks for the quick reply.
The system info mentions an available Virtual Memory of 15.6 G ?
Moreover, I have worked with version 3.2.0 for weeks and it worked fine.
Just did a new system check and it mentions 12.5 G virtual.
What am I missing?
