I set Chrome as the default browser and filled in the whitelist. I also turned off the antivirus software, but it still didn’t work. I also tried setting Edge as the default, but it didn’t work either. This problem occurred after I uninstalled Topaz Video from drive D yesterday and reinstalled it on drive G. The 7.0 version installed on drive D before could be authenticated. During this period, I also reinstalled Chrome, which might have caused some problems.
