Cannot export and upscaled image

Topaz AI v 3.3.2 and Gigapixel 7 v 7.1.4

Neither version will export the image if I upscale a image. Size of exported image does not seem to matter 1.5 MB or 15 MB. export, after 15 minutes+, will get to about 90% of the blue bar and stall out.

Topaz denoise and sharpen is quick with no image export issue. Upscale does not export with either program.
