Cannot drag files into Topaz. Topaz does not recognize JPG, only see files that have been previously treated by Topaz

Topaz does not see any JPG files. It only see previously worked on files. I cannot drag files into Topaz.

Please try dragging files in to Topaz Photo AI and then send me the logs.

Open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Email me all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens to my Dropbox.
