Can' t login to software account in app, can log into website

Just installed the Topaz trio on new Windows 11 machine and it wont let me log into the apps. It’s giving me an error “Host topazlabs.com not found (0)”
I am able to ping “topazlabs.com” and get ip 172.67.37.186
I tried turning my firewall off with no affect.

If this persists, I would suggest opening a formal support ticket.
