I recently purchased Sharpen AI - payment via my VISA went through. I cannot get out of Trial mode. Activate and Log in returns me to the Trial mode screen.
please clear your browser cache and cookies and give it a try again. maybe also try a different web browser. 
I cannot get past the Trial screen after I open the Sharpen app. This is not related to a browser.
maybe open the application as administrator?
