Can only use my Preset if applying to more than one image

1. I created a preset that does not overly sharpen images & leaves fewer artifacts in the edit.
2. For images that are fairly clear & sharp, then I like to use Photo AI just for the DeNoise.
3. Sometimes, I like to open just one image at a time. When I do, I am unable to apply my preset. If I load more than one image at a time, only then the preset I saved for myself, is available.

I’d like to get a better understanding of the problem you are having while working with your presets in order to better help troubleshoot this problem. Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.
