I can open Topaz Photo AI and find the file(s) I want, but after saving my edit, all the menu items (e.g. File) are grayed out. Have to quit and restart. Worse, you can’t send an email to Support, and I wasn’t able to access the version # from the Topaz Menu.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Unable to access any of the menu functions after editing one file.
- I had to quit the app and restart it.
- Contact Topaz support vs corresponding directly with a support tech.
