Can only edit 1 file at a time!

I can open Topaz Photo AI and find the file(s) I want, but after saving my edit, all the menu items (e.g. File) are grayed out. Have to quit and restart. Worse, you can’t send an email to Support, and I wasn’t able to access the version # from the Topaz Menu.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Unable to access any of the menu functions after editing one file.
  2. I had to quit the app and restart it.
  3. Contact Topaz support vs corresponding directly with a support tech.

Figured it out. Sorry for the trouble. Tech support is indeed robust, and BTW, Topaz Photo AI is remarkable.
