Upgraded my paid copy of Photo AI. And now I can only get as far as the ‘Activate Photo AI’ screen.
- Clicking on the ‘activate’ button just shows an ‘activating through web browser’ notification
- This goes back to display ‘activate’ a few moments later
- Closing/force closing/rebooting makes no difference - the product remains totally unusable.

Please disable any firewall, VPN, antivirus, or proxy you may have on your browser. These are known to block the activation.
If that doesn’t work, upload the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and upload them to a reply here.
It made no difference turning off Microsoft Defender so here’s the log files. I could really use having a working copy of this program…

Thanks for sending the logs. We fixed some activation issues in our latest update since 1.4.0.
Log into your account at topazlabs.com/my-account separately from the login in the app, and then try to login from in the app after.
Note: you must have cookies enabled for our site in order to login.
After you’ve done that, try activating in the app again.
