Can no longer edit an image from Lightroom

I am no longer able to edit a photo image in Photo AI from Lightroom Classic. It works from Photoshop but no Lightroomlassic

Steps to reproduce issue:

Can you confirm with me which Lightroom Classic plugin path you are using:

  • File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI

  • Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI

It will help to know what exactly happens when you use the File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI, if an error appears, I suspect it would be an error 3221225477. If this is the case, we have an open ticket with our development team so I can add your information and send the proper workaround.

Log Files

  • To gather logs, open Photo AI go to the menu bar on top, and then go to Help > Open Log Folder.

    • Please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
