Can I please have a refund and cancellation of Photo AI? Pretty disappointed in it

After using Gigapixel AI (and LOVING it!), I purchased Photo AI specifically to enhance a single picture of my daughter holding my hand while she was sleeping in low light. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed in the performance of it. Can someone at Topaz Labs please cancel my subscription that I made less than two hours ago and please refund me accordingly? Thanks in advance.

The is the community forum of Topaz. Please contact the company if you want to cancel. BTW, good luck finding something better. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean its not state of the art. It will be better in 10 years. I suggest you wait.

Quick update: The team gave some fantastic customer support on this matter. They asked me to upload my photos to a drop box, and then took the time to make a video highlighting how to get the best results. While I did still make the decision to go with a refund, the support they provided and the interactions were top notch. Big kudos to the Topaz Labs team. Looking forward to seeing new product features in the future.
