Yes, if the input format is supported you can export to a different format. I haven’t checked yet .avi but I think it might work!

AVI works, but you have to do something: On the Bottom right, the button left to the “Export As” click on it and set “Audio Mode” from “Copy” to “Convert” that’s it!
