Button preview non available and both preview screens showing empty as Original

Hi,
Topaz Video AI 4.0.5
When i import a MP4 file, both preview screens showing empty (black) an marked Original in both even if i change the settings. See screenshot.

I’m working on a Mac mini M2 Pro with 12‑core CPU, 19-core GPU, 16‑core Neural Engine and 32gig mem.

PS: In version 3 all was working fine.

UPDATE - I have resolve the issue.
Deleted v4.0.5, reinstall v2, updated to v3 and then updated to latest v4.

Now everything works!
