I’m also writing to you about the bug when launching Topaz from Ligthroom. I’ve tried everything, I’ve updated Win11, Lightroom, Norton Antivirus, Nvidia graphics card etc…
You’ve known about this bug since version 3.2.1 and you can’t find a solution! Remember, we’re users and we’ve paid for a quality tool. We also deserve serious support. This bug has been paralyzing our work for months now. I expect your support to give us a realistic timeframe for resolving this problem. I don’t need to send you log files, as you know it’s useless. I’m sorry, but I’m angry.
Can you confirm with me which Lightroom Classic plugin path you are using:
File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI
Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI
It will help to know what exactly happens when you use the File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI, if an error appears, I suspect it would be an error 3221225477. If this is the case, we have an open ticket with our development team so I can add your information and send the proper workaround.
