The button to switch accounts is currently broken. If you are stuck logged in with an email that doesn’t have a subscription, you will need to do these steps to reset the app and be able to log in with the correct email.
Workaround
On Mac - delete the Plist files
- How To Delete Your Plist Files - this should be about 2-4 PLIST files to delete.
- NOTE: Very important to reboot after doing the above steps!
On Windows - delete the registry files
Alternate workaround
Deleting the Plist files or the Registry will also delete other data and preferences stored in the app. Reverting to a previous version will also fix the issue.
