Every time I attempt to use Photo AI after the latest upgrade it crashes. Not allowing for any new photo to open

I have been working with the same system for the last few years, and Photo AI was working fine, even though it was working just before the update. After updating it started crashing so there must be some but in your software instead of looking here and there.
Sometimes, this can be associated with a GPU driver or a recent hardware update. If you can, please send in that system profile information for review, or you can reach out to us by sending an email to help@topazlabs.com.
