File is uploaded. I updated my Nvidia drivers after this error and before DXDIAG was run. The drivers were a month or two old, and newer than the versions on Dell’s website. I would be nice to incorporate these debugging steps into the Topaz programs to create a standardized error report.

Thanks for sending in that file and we appreciate the idea and suggestion

Please open Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder and send me all of the files within that folder.

I uploaded the Topaz logs from the period of the BSOD as well as the minidump analysis from Windbg.
