I keep on updating to the latest v4 video AI but find it terrible to work with. No preview of exporting video and now tried various previews and found I could not generate one outside of a narrow window of time around the initial preview. No doubt there is a way, just why does this version need to be such a pain to use.
My concern is that if v4 was the one I first tried, I never would have bought the product. I do love Topaz software (video and photo) but please take this in a direction that helps customers. I will again revert back to v3 …
Yes, it’s a shame when you reinstall an old version and it feels like an upgrade compared to the “new” version.
I hope that Topaz will learn from this to just focus on the models. That is their claim-to-fame, and that is why people use their product. Half of the people running TVAI don’t even use the GUI…
Concentrate on making the models as good as they can be; keep the minimalist and practical GUI.
