Hi,
I bought all three Topaz Photo programs, downloaded it, but it opens only one of them.
So I deleted them and redownloaded them several times, but only the Gigapixel opens and works. Denoise opens a black screen, Sharpen won’t open at all.
What could be the problem?
I have windows 11, 64bit, the other requirements should be ok also, I think.

Sounds like you need to update your GPU drivers from the GPU manufacturers website.
Open GigaPixel AI go to Help, Graphics info., press Copy and paste the information here.

Update your GPU driver from the NVIDIA website to see if that helps.
I updated the GPU driver, but it didn’t work. Do you have any other ideas?
