Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1 run through AI, noise reduction
Step 2 finished image has purple/blue spot “stain”, like a bruise.
Step 3 It has only happened recently, and with 2 images.

You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder . Thanks for reaching out. It looks like this is an artifact with the Raw Remove Noise - Strong model.
I documented this for my team and we will fix it when we update the Raw Remove Noise model in the next 1-2 months.
For now, I would recommend switching to the normal model which does not have this issue.
