Blows up the first time I try using it

I have new MacBook pro M3 Max….drag and drop my 1st image and the app crashes. What a POS…really? How do I get my money back?

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 Drag photo from apple photos (iPhone photo on iCloud to Mac), app immediately crashes……impressive

Move the image to your Mac from the iCloud before using Photo AI, it is an issue with Photos and iCloud.

As Don said to avoid this issue please make sure the image is out of your icloud before proceeding, however if you would like a refund just reach out to our support team to get that processed
