It’s a good suggestion and let’s hope Topaz at some point allows for Custom Upscaling plus I think it might work similarly in Bloom as it does for both Topaz Photo and Gigapixel where you Upscale an image using either of those Applications for instance; if you manually input a scale say 1.3 × the Software will first Upscale the image to Two Times is original size then, Downscale the image to 1.3
