Blob or Splotch of colors appears at bottom of photo after enhancement

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Upload photo
  2. Enhance with Sharpen Subject & Recovering Faces
  3. The resulting image has red, white, and blue rectangular color splotch at the bottom right.

It is not on original photo or any version of edited photo in any format (JPG, TIF, PNG). But appears after enhancement regardless of the format of the original that is uploaded to Topaz Photo AI
