Black video produced as output

For 2 weeks using either Video AI or Video AI Beta, I render a video with audio but only a black screen. I have updated both apps, but this problem continues.

Hello,

I’d like to get some information about your PC to see what could be causing this error. I’ll also need the app’s log files:

How To Obtain Your System Profile (Mac)
How To Obtain Your System Profile (Windows)

To gather logs, please select Help > File Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
