Just downloaded and Installed update for Photo Ai3 and now there is NOTHING, NO IMAGE in the original box. It’ just black. And yes I’ve zoomeed all the way back out and also tried to move it around with hand tool. My image is a .tiff which I have loaded and used in here before.

@adam.musson - Our development team has a open ticket investigating this issue, which will only happen for images over 15 000 pixels imported into Photo AI. In the meantime, the workaround is to use this version: Photo AI v3.0.4 - Mac: Download or Windows: Download
Also, seeing you are not editing a digital photography, which is usually around 5k pixels, and this is what Photo AI’s models are trained to work on, which means images over 15K pixels do not occur. If you work with the types of images I see you posted, test Gigapixel as it can work with this type of files: Topaz Labs | Downloads

Loading in a tif file with dimension 22284x17796 and I don’t get a navigation thumbnail view (just black) of image and in main screen the image is blank. When I add some adjustment I get the new rendered image but cannot compare as it just show the blank screen
