I made some tests with Photo AI and I’m quite happy with it but black and white pictures. For color ones, the résultas are not to Bad but thé settings must be adjusted with care if we dont want to get “wax” characters…
In fact, the problem for me is about black and white pictures. In this case, juste the face seems to be improved but the rest of the pictures is just ignored, see becomes worst…
I don’t know wich settings to use to get good results ???
Any suggestion ?

I’ve just sent to you thé asked files.
As you may notice, on the processed one, the face has been improved but thé rest of the picture seems to be ignored. Still noisy, sée even a little more.
I’ve also joined a capture of the settings. Nothing to say about them, I’ve just let thé automatic mode… But even I change something, thé result IS the samedi, sée worst…

What version are you currently using with Photo AI?
It’s a quite old version (1.4… something I think) I didn’t want to upgrade because I was a bit dispointed
