Best export settings for Instagram reels

Hi,

I do film 4k 60fps and 4k 120fps videos and I share them as 10-20 second videos of 1080p&30fps on instagram. However, I do struggle with the bitrate. What would be the sweet spot bitrate for instagram reels? Should I go for dynamic bitrate or constant with around 20, 30 or even 180?

Any experiences on the best outcome?

Its best to set a constant bitrate when exporting out videos for social media sharing. This is true for any video editing program when exporting the media out.
