Great result - just trying to work out where the statue is located – the building contractor for the background is based in Braunschweig
Well Terry… The statue is located in Hannover, capital of Lower Saxony, Germany. It belongs to a group of bronze statues and is known under the name “Denkmal der Göttinger Sieben” (“Monument of the Goettingen Seven”)

I’ve driven through Hannover twice (a long time ago) on my way east into Thuringia but I did not stop to sight-see.
I think a re-visit is necessary
