- The bug / behavior you have encountered → Enhancements are disabled for batch editing when the resolution changes from anything except original size. Started after I updated software a few minutes ago.
Larry, can you send a screen shot of what you are seeing and the logs from the app to the support team to investigate this further?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Sure, everything looks good when selecting videos to batch process:
Then the enhancement becomes locked off when changing the screen resolution to anything other than original, such as 4k:
If I try to process the videos, it will take 0 seconds for each one in the queue, confirming that the enhancements are disabled. Logs are attached.
