Normally when I process a batch of videos, I select all in the left panel, then select my preset, then export(x). This now only exports the first film to the preset, the rest are exported with a tvai suffix and are unchanged from the original. This started happening a few days ago. The latest update made no difference. As far as I know I have not changed anything as this is the way I’ve always done it. Anyone got any clues?
this bug being going around since v3.4.0. every time they try fixing it, they partly do but brake something else in the process (in batch process).
I gave up ages ago reporting those .
Strange I’ve not seen it before. This is really going to screw with my throughput as I can no longer leave it running all weekend and will have to attend every process for each file, it basically means they no longer have batch processing capability.
I believe they will fix this particular one if you open a support case/email support.
