Batch processing dies randomly

This is what I have set for De-Noise AI

But after Reset I still see: Application & Version: Topaz DeNoise AI Version 2.0.0
Operating System: Windows 10 (10.0)
Graphics Hardware: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630
OpenGL Driver: 3.3.0 - Build 26.20.100.7528
CPU RAM: 16206 MB
Video RAM: 1500 MB Total, 1200 MB In Use
Preview Limit: 3466 Pixels

Do I need to reboot?

Reboot didn’t help.

If you have checked for driver updates on the nVIDIA website and there are none there it means your GPU doesn’t support OpenGL 3.3

Download and update the drivers.

I had done that. I did everything you said to.

That is unusual because it is OpenGL 4.5 compatible and the drivers from the website should update you to at least OpenGL v3.3.0 as the driver (Version R440 U7 (442.74)) was just released on March 19. When you search did you enter this in the search panel?

if you did, please raise a support request at the main Topaz Labs website.

I had DCH instead of Standard. I was just guessing as that was what was there by default. Should I do it again with Standard?

Yes, DCH is only the base drivers whilst the hardware support apps are in the standard.

Works like a champ! Much faster. Thanks!
