I might not be completely certain of the function of mov flags, but the fact remains that the AV1 encoder does not support encoder pausing, or I assume crash recovery.

Avoid AV1 from TVAI, it is so badly cabled
Export to H.265 Main 10, quality High and then compress it with AV1

Currently the pause/resume feature is not included for AV1 as this feature expands the file size of the export as it writes out the blocks of data and then combines them together. If there is a desire to have this back in we can make the requests to the devs to see if they can add it back for AV1.
