Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1
Open app and turn auto-pilot to “off” and save settings
Step 2
Close app
Step 3
Open app and see auto-pilot run still after opening a photo, but this time it won’t suggest changes. It should not be running at all!

I did raise this with Topaz, I was told it has to go through the process, even if you turn the auto pilot off. Think it is in case you go into one of the processes.
I agree this is annoying.
The annoying thing is that Autopilot popup (that was added just a few releases ago).
I think they should simply not show that popup when autopilot is turned off. That would result in less confusion.
