Looking through the logs, the only crash or error I see is from awhile back when running the aion model with stabilization and it looks to be an issue with the video size and the depreciated pixel format. Did you only see this error when running aion?

No, that this didn’t involve anything but a crop and enhancement. First crash went to the Apple crash reporter when attempting to preview 1 second. Then on the second try, the auto crop stabilization moved the video off screen. I was working with a image sequence.

Jeff, can you send the logs and the apple crash report to help@topazlabs.com so we can get the engineers to take a look at them?

Were do the Apple application crash logs live?

Here are the steps to get the crash logs on a Mac.

Let me also have you turn on low power mode and set the max processes to 1 in the Preferences Panel>Processing to see if that will help your system.

Hi, I got another crash this morning with the report only going to Apple. I am only using 1 max processes. My system uses High Power when plugged in and low power when on battery. Here is the summary that I copied for the Apple Report:

The 5.0.4 update looks to have fixed my issue of crashing during previews.
