This option has not been available since v6.2.
Can we at a minimum get an explanation as to why?
Will it be brought back? If not, can you provide the command line arguments that were used for it?

Checking on this for you to see if I can get some info on that since AV1 is not widely available for all users depending on their systems and GPU cards.
