in Audio-Copy mode - in about 95% of processing - a BSOD pops up and reboots the PC or reboots the PC without BSOD

but in the Audio-converting mode 100% without errors

I know it’s a long shot, if you try MKV instead of MP4 with copy audio, would you still be getting BSOD?

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

It’s unusual that audio copy mode would cause a BSOD since it is less processor intensive that audio transcoding, so I’d like to see if there’s any issue with the specific file being processed. If possible, could it be uploaded to our Dropbox?

“log” would provide if this bug was permanent - but this bug happens very rarely and I just forget because this video file needs to be given

most likely the video file itself with audio is defective
this bug rarely happens

and when converting, the audio track is fixed
